3、 Gear pump

The teeth of the two gears separate from each other, forming low pressure, liquid is sucked in, and the friendly shell wall sends it to the other side. The two gears on the other side are closed together, creating high pressure to discharge the liquid.

Performance characteristics:

Advantages: simple and compact structure, small size, light weight, good processability, cheap price, strong self suction force, insensitive to oil pollution, wide speed range, able to withstand impact loads, easy maintenance, and reliable operation.

Disadvantages: Unbalanced radial force, large flow pulsation, high noise, low efficiency, poor interchangeability of parts, difficult to repair after wear, and cannot be used as a variable displacement pump.
