11、 Vane pump

Because there are two types of vane pumps in history according to different types: one specifically refers to the sliding vane pump in volumetric pumps. 2） Refers to the three pumps of a power pump (centrifugal pump, mixed flow pump, axial flow pump) or other special pumps. This type of pump product is generally not called a vane pump. Disadvantages: (1) The self-priming performance is worse than that of gear pump, and the requirements for oil suction conditions are stricter, and the speed range must be within the range of 500~1500 r/min. (2) Sensitive to oil contamination, the blades are easily bitten by impurities in the oil, resulting in poor operational reliability. (3) The structure is complex, the precision requirements for component manufacturing are high, and the price is high. Vane pumps are generally used in medium pressure (6.3 MPa) hydraulic systems, mainly for machine tool control, especially double acting vane pumps, which are widely used in precision machine tools due to their small flow pulsation.
